My husband, Keith and I had a dream of buying a home close to both of our parents. We also wanted a split floor plan with a certain number of bedrooms/baths, and a garage with bonus room. We needed this dream to come into fruition within five months. Tim Forrester was recommended to me by a fellow Cryelieke agent, who was not able to provide service in Tennessee. Tim scheduled an initial meeting with my husband and I just to get to know us. During this meeting Tim demonstrated his organization and experience by having a presentation prepared that walked us through the entire process. This allowed us to have great confidence in Tim's ability and passion to help find a house perfect for us. Constant communication was another strength for Tim. All communication was clear and consistent. Tim made sure we were well informed about every detail, as well as our options. His years of experience allowed him to give us sound advice and recommendations. Within three months, we bought a house that was exactly what we wanted. Thanks to Tim the process was smooth and completed expeditiously. I would recommend Tim Forrester to anyone needing a caring, experienced realtor.

Hands Down. Nothing short of AMAZING!! From start to finish this has been one of the best experiences I've ever had. Tim at Crye-Leike made buying a home for the first time easy for my Husband and I. When I say easy I mean exactly that. This is a very knowledgeable man when it comes to buying a home. From start to finish he let us know that he was here to help us. I felt that he meant that sincertly . He made sure we got what we wanted. Starting this journey I was already nervous. Tim stayed on top of everything. It was nothing that I curious about that I couldn't call Tim up and inquire about. Tim was very informative. I can't speak for everyone else. All I can say is you'll never go wrong with choosing Tim at Crye-Leike as your Relator. Tim made us feel like we were family at the end of our closing. I would recommend him a thousand times over.
