Tim Forrester is an amazing realtor. We decided to sell our rental in Memphis while we live in Montana. Tim happily arranged for major updates, meeting vendors, overseeing work and all the time keeping me fully updated with texts and pictures. He answered the phone immediately when I called and was never out of touch. I have purchased and sold multiple houses in my life and can say I have never worked with a realtor as attentive, caring, and personable as Tim. I had not seen our house in 10 years before we decided to sell and met Tim once to tour the house and decide on upgrades. A lot had to be done, fully painted, wallpaper removed, landscaping improvement, new roof - Tim managed all of it. I will say he earned every penny of his commission! If you are looking for a realtor to make your journey happy and dare I say easy, Tim Forrester is the agent I highly recommend. I
