My husband and I have worked with Tim for almost as long as we have been married. Tim has gone over and above so many times for us in order to help us sell our properties-- whether it was meeting a painter at a very late hour for us or coming out to meet someone to walk the property or simply the fact that he always calls back nearly immediately if he can't answer our call. We have recommended him to so many of our friends I can't even keep count, and we will continue to do so. Tim is tireless in his efforts to help us achieve our goals, and he is truly a joy to work with; he always bring a happy smile and a great attitude to his work. We appreciate him more than words can say! He definitely gets a 5-star rating-- we would give him 10 if we could.

I can't recommend Tim strongly enough. I live out of state and because of this, I warned Tim up front that I was going to need him to take care of a number of things to sell my rental properties. Tim didn't hesitate to accept the challenge and proved more than capable of getting everything done in a timely manner. If you need something done at your house, Tim can probably recommend one, if not several people to do what needs to be done. Thanks to Tim, I had multiple acceptable offers on both of my properties within 24-48 hours of the initial listing and considered them sold within 5 days. If you're thinking about selling your house, Tim's your guy!
