Tim Forrester did a wonderful job throughout the process of selling our home in Cordova. We had already left and everything at that end was in his hands. He oversaw all the necessary improvements on the house to make it more sale-able and kept us informed at all points through the process. The ultimate buyer expressed interest in purchasing it on the second day of showing. He made a reasonable offer that day which we then accepted. Tim then took it thorough to the closing which did not take long at all. We were very happy as I say with him and would certainly recommend him to anyone that we would know of in the Cordova area who were looking to sell their house. Of course we are now in Missouri so do not have much contact there now but if anything should come to our attention we would let him know.

Tim did an awesome job through out the entire process. Tim patiently explained the entire process, helped get local contractors to fix problems and prep the house. Both houses sold extremely quickly and then closed with no problems at full asking price. I would recommend Tim without hesitation!
